She ensures the trust build with clients is entrenched and our solutions live up to the promise given to the clients. She engages communities where the organisation is operating ensuring that they form part of the collective and that where opportunities are available locals are hired for the jobs.

He draws on this experience as he leads the business development functions with professionalism ensuring that Ramco business grows across the country and extends within the SADC region.

A mathematician by background, Lucas has extensive business experience having founded, grown, and sold numerous businesses. He specializes in market analysis and strategic growth direction of Ramco as an organisation. Lucas is also tasked with establishing partnerships that will anchor Ramco into a major player in South Africa SADC as a whole in line with Ramco’s board directives.
